Creativity Scientist (“we,” “us”) is a marketing consultancy based in Worcester, Massachusetts. This policy explains what information we collect through creativityscientist.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Plain language on purpose.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a call, or use the chat widget, we collect what you type: typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and whatever you tell us about your business.
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you found us. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
- Cookies. The site sets cookies for analytics and, if you use the chat widget, to keep your conversation connected. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
How we use it
- To respond when you contact us or book a meeting.
- To send email you asked for, such as replies, proposals, or a newsletter you opted into. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works.
- To understand what content is useful so we can improve the site.
- To run our business, such as keeping records of client conversations.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing texts or emails you did not sign up for.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Brevo handles our forms, chat, email, and contact records.
- Google provides analytics (GA4) and the embedded maps on some pages. Loading a map may set Google cookies; Google’s own privacy policy applies to that.
- Hostinger hosts this website and keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security.
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms and our agreements with them.
How long we keep it
Contact and client records are kept while we have a business relationship or an active conversation, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained on Google’s standard schedule. If you want your information deleted sooner, ask.
Your choices and rights
- Ask us what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.
- Block cookies in your browser.

Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, access to our systems is limited and password protected, and we work with established providers. No internet system is perfectly secure, but we keep the surface small.
Changes
If our data practices change, this page changes with them, with the date above updated. Material changes to how we handle contact information will be noted here plainly.
