First we find out what is actually broken.
The audit is a full read across your marketing and the systems behind it: search visibility, website, Google Business Profile, CRM, follow-up, reviews, offers, and messaging. You get a blueprint naming what works, what does not, and the plan to get the data and systems working for the brand. $499, credited toward your first engagement.
A roadmap before a retainer.
Free entry audit
For businesses with little to no marketing structure. A quick diagnostic that sorts fit for both of us.
The deep audit, $499
A full read across your accounts and systems: analytics, search, GBP, CRM, email, reviews, offers, historical data. The real dig. Credited toward your first engagement.
The blueprint
What is working, what is not, and a prioritized plan. Sometimes that means workshopping current offers, digging through historical data, or mapping the buyer journey so the right offer lands in front of the right people.
The whole system, not one channel.
Search & AI visibility
Where you rank, where you are invisible, and whether AI engines mention you at all.
Website & messaging
Does the site explain why anyone should trust you, and does it convert attention into contact?
Google Business Profile
Categories, reviews, photos, posts, and map rank across your service area. If it is already strong, we say so and move on.
CRM & follow-up
Where leads go after they arrive, and where they quietly die. Often the highest-return fix in the whole audit.
Reviews & reputation
Volume, recency, and response habits versus your strongest competitor, with a velocity target to close the gap.
Offers & buyer journey
Are the right offers in front of the right people at the right moment? We workshop current offers against historical data and the journey your buyers actually take.
What does a small business marketing audit include?
Everything that touches a lead: search and AI visibility, website, Google Business Profile, CRM, email, reviews, offers, and messaging. You get a written blueprint of findings and a prioritized plan, not a sales pitch disguised as a report.
Is the $499 really credited back?
Yes. Sign an engagement within about two weeks of the audit and the $499 comes off your first invoice. If we are not a fit, you keep the blueprint and can hand it to whoever you hire instead.
What happens after the audit?
We fix what will create more leads, in order. That is usually a series of changes and optimizations: CRM work, messaging, identity, or the buyer journey itself. If a channel is already strong, we do not sell you work on it. That work spans manufacturing marketing and home services marketing.
